📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Community Managers & their teams
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and
• Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth
• Oversee operations for multiple assets located within the Greater San Diego Area portfolio
• Direct operations, sales, finances, and team development

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in
• 5+ years of demonstrated, consistent experience leading a large team of people in competitive sales
• Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
• Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)

🎁 Benefits

• Expected pay rate of $165,000 – $175,000 per year plus annual target bonus
