Regional Property Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily communities.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to drive performance and resident satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections and manage maintenance, capital projects, and asset performance.
• Monitor financial reports and identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and implement strategic leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy, retention, and revenue objectives.
• Train and mentor Property Managers and on-site teams, fostering development and high performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in multifamily property management including regional or multi-site oversight.
• High School Diploma; post-secondary education a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities with onsite staff.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial leader; spends significant time on-site with property teams.
