• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily communities, ensuring operational

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in multifamily property management including regional or multi-site
• High School Diploma, equivalent post secondary education is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities with onsite staff.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with residents, vendors, and team
• Thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys spending significant time on-site
