  • Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for multiple communities throughout the
  • Maintain a strong onsite presence, visiting communities 4–5 days per week to support teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams to achieve resident experiences and
  • Manage a diverse portfolio including new builds and mature assets, adapting strategies to property
  • Oversee budgets, revenue growth, expense management, and overall financial performance.
  • Drive leasing performance, occupancy, retention, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years leading a large onsite team in sales/customer service with proven results.
  • Proven leadership with ability to mentor a diverse team.
  • Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
  • General understanding of financials and budgets.
  • Knowledge of property management systems/tools (e.g., OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce).

🎁 Benefits

  • Expected pay rate of $120,000 – $140,000 per year plus annual target bonus.
