📋 Description

• Oversee operations of multiple properties in portfolio designated by Director of Urban Properties
• Manage roving maintenance team and general administration of properties
• Leasing of apartments and weekly reporting
• Fiscal oversight including income maximization and expense control
• Physical maintenance of properties
• Execute marketing and management plans for each property

🎯 Requirements

• Active California Real Estate License in good standing
• Valid Driver's License in good standing
• Supervisory experience required
• 4-6 years of multifamily property management experience with supervisory responsibility
• Knowledge of local and state landlord/tenant law and legislative activity in California
• Experience with affordable/tax-credit or mixed-income communities (if applicable)
