Regional Revenue Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own regional pipeline generated, pipeline coverage, MQL-to-SAL conversion, and revenue contribution
• Aggregate the Campaign Planners' monthly plans into a coherent regional view; identify gaps
• Arbitrate between Campaign Planners when shared resources (Content, Growth) are constrained
• Act as the senior marketing counterpart to regional Sales leadership.
• Partner with regional Sales leadership on segments, ICPs, account priorities, offerings, expected
• Represent marketing in regional commercial governance and ensure marketing priorities reflect the

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing and coaching marketing teams in a planning-and-orchestration model.
• Senior business partnering presence - credible counterpart to a regional CCO or Sales leadership.
• Strong capabilities in GTM planning, segmentation, positioning, and field activation orchestration.
• Data-driven mindset - able to read and challenge pipeline, conversion, and revenue contribution.
• Ability to arbitrate, prioritize, and escalate with discipline in a multi-BU, multi-team context.
