  • 6+ years of quota attainment selling complex B2B to large or strategic accounts.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through disciplined forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal leadership.
  • Engineering background or deep experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or reliability-focused orgs.
  • Strong operator with enterprise sales methodology, territory design, and account-based selling.
  • Fluency in CRM and data-driven sales management (HubSpot preferred).
