🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years leading sales leaders in B2B.
  • 8+ years selling complex B2B solutions in enterprise/strategic accounts.
  • Proven revenue delivery via forecasting, pipeline, and governance.
  • Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or reliability orgs.
  • Strong operational leadership with enterprise sales methodologies and AB selling.
  • Experience using CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot).
