📋 Description

  • Define and execute enterprise sales strategy for multi-site organizations and strategic accounts.
  • Build and lead a senior enterprise sales team; coach AEs to win and expand high-value deals.
  • Drive predictable revenue through pipeline inspection, deal governance, and leadership in negotiations.
  • Own talent strategy: hiring, succession, performance for senior sales leaders and top AEs.
  • Establish onboarding, enablement, and rhythms for long sales cycles and complex deals.
  • Develop exec-level relationships to unlock enterprise-wide rollouts and multi-year growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years leading enterprise sales leaders and quota-carrying Account Executives in long-cycle environments.
  • 6+ years selling complex B2B/industrial solutions into large enterprises.
  • Proven ability to close and expand high-value, multi-year enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Engineering background or deep experience selling into large industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive enterprises.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales strategy, including account-based selling, whitespace analysis, territory architecture, and long-range forecasting.
  • Fluency in CRM-driven enterprise sales management (HubSpot preferred), with forecasting accuracy and pipeline governance.
