📋 Description

  • Define and execute regional enterprise sales strategy for large accounts
  • Lead and coach Regional Managers and Enterprise Account Execs to hit targets

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years leading and developing senior sales leaders in complex B2B sales
  • 8+ years in enterprise quota-carrying sales closing large multi-stakeholder accounts
  • Proven ability to drive enterprise revenue with forecasting, pipeline management, and long cycles
  • Engineering background or experience selling into industrial/asset-intensive enterprises
  • Experience designing territory strategies, account segmentation, and coverage models
  • CRM-driven sales management with HubSpot preferred and data-informed forecasting
