📋 Description

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and drive revenue
• Manage and mentor District Managers. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and guidance to ensure they
• Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve sales
• Ensure District Managers are effectively recruiting, onboarding, and developing their teams
• Spearhead regional sales training initiatives, including the implementation of company sales

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of managing and developing
• 8+ years of experience with proven ability to drive sales growth, improve team performance, and
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, performance management, and sales metrics. The ideal
• 7+ years of experience with excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
