  • Proven forecasting, pipeline management, and execution in repeatable sales cycles
  • Engineering background or experience selling into industrial/mfg mid-market
  • Strong ops leadership with territory models and scalable sales motions
  • CRM-driven management (HubSpot preferred) with data-informed decisions
