📋 Description

• Accountable for leading regional sales execution, developing field talent, strengthening market
• Translate franchise priorities into clear sales strategies, field-based plans, and agreed-upon
• Hire, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team and culture.
• Demonstrate deep market knowledge across the sector, geography, and franchise(s), including key
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance across the leadership team, region, the direct franchise
• Drive AbbVie growth by identifying strategic next steps for the franchise and delivering top-line

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and
• Successful Sales Management and positive track record of leading teams in the Pharmaceutical
• Commercial pharmaceutical industry experiences such as physician/account based selling, training
• Ability to set a vision and a strategy.
• Build and inspire individuals and teams for success.
• Experience with project management.
