📋 Description

• Lead a team of 10 Account Executives, managing pipeline and quota attainment
• Coach-first management powered by AI in every 1:1 session
• Drive AI adoption and MEDDPICC enforcement across workflows
• Partner with VP Sales, Enablement, RevOps, and AI Ops
• Shape agent infrastructure to scale revenue and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large field sales teams
• Proficient with AI-based sales tools and forecasting
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC framework
• Strong coaching and enablement skills
• Data-driven with CRM analytics
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication
