🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading self-employed/independent field sales reps (French market ideal)
• Strong coaching and leadership with non-employee contractors
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in fast-moving environments
• Deep understanding of consultative sales, pipelines, and metrics
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with independent consultants
• Nice to have fintech/payments/POS experience with French SMEs; commission-based sales
