📋 Description

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of 15 to 20 Area Sales Managers
• Ensure effective execution of the five-step sales process: Planning, Preparation, and Prospecting
• Establish clear performance expectations and coach Area Sales Managers to improve their sales
• Review key performance indicators and discuss individual and team results regularly
• Continuously improve the team's core selling skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews focused on measurable results, development, and individual

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of previous sales experience with a demonstrated record of success
• Proven experience and outstanding results in automotive, finance, and sales, including direct
• Strong knowledge of cold calling, appointment setting, prospecting, and consultative sales
• Clear and effective presentation skills, including the ability to develop and deliver compelling
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and influencing skills
• Strong understanding of structured sales processes and the importance of consistent execution
