Regional Sales Manager, Bay Area

📋 Description

• Build and grow new and existing customer relationships in assigned territory
• Partner with internal sales teams to meet customer needs
• Call on and maintain relationships with customers in territory
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to shape sales strategies
• Target key customers and identify needs
• Communicate clearly with internal HQ and channels to boost sales
• Attend local, state, and national conferences to promote Lakeshore

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years sales and entrepreneurial know-how
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Strong presentation skills
• Work from home capable with team mentality
• Based in Oakland/Castro Valley/Berkeley area; travel 2-3 overnights/wk
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
