Regional Sales Manager, Bay Area

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the assigned territory
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and grow business
• Regularly engage customers to sustain and expand relationships
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to shape sales strategies
• Identify and assess customer needs for targeted accounts
• Communicate clearly with HQ and sales channels to drive results
• Attend local, state, and national conferences to promote Lakeshore

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Solid presentation skills and ability to address customer needs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
• Willingness to travel within territory (2–3 overnight stays per week)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
