Regional Sales Manager, Bay Area

📋 Description

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and grow business.
• Call on, build, and maintain relationships within the territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to drive sales strategies.
• Target key customers and uncover needs.
• Communicate clearly with internal HQ teams in regular meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to address customer needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel within the territory, including 2–3 overnight stays per week.
