Regional Sales Manager, Bay Area

📋 Description

• Securing new and repeat business by building strong relationships in designated territory
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and grow business
• Consistently calling on and maintaining relationships with customers in the assigned territory
• Collaborating with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies
• Targeting key customers and uncovering their needs
• Communicating clearly with inside partners and HQ teams to streamline sales

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Solid presentation skills and ability to address customer needs
• Strong work ethic, team player mentality and ability to work from home
• Residence in East Bay (Oakland/Berkeley area); travel 2-3 overnights per week
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Platforms
