Regional Sales Manager, Bay Area

📋 Description

• Securing new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers in designated territory.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and grow business.
• Maintain relationships with customers within assigned territory and call regularly.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Target key customers and uncover customer needs.
• Represent Lakeshore at local, state, and national conferences to promote the brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Travel within the territory (2–3 overnight stays per week) and ability to work from home
• Residency in Oakland/Castro Valley/Berkeley area or broader East Bay
