Regional Sales Manager, Bay Area

📋 Description

• Develop new and repeat business in K–12 educational markets
• Build relationships with school districts and programs in assigned territory
• Collaborate with internal sales resources and HQ departments to drive sales
• Target key customers and assess needs
• Participate in local, state, and national conferences to promote Lakeshore

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at all levels
• Self-motivated with ability to work effectively from home
• Residency in Oakland/ East Bay area or nearby with travel within territory (2–3 overnight stays/wk)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
