Regional Sales Manager, Bay Area

📋 Description

• Manage designated geographic area, securing new and repeat business with key customers and districts
• Partner with internal teams to support needs and boost revenue
• Maintain and grow relationships with customers in the territory
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to shape sales strategies
• Identify customer needs and align them with Lakeshore solutions
• Represent Lakeshore at local, state, and national conferences

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at all levels
• Proven work ethic, team player mindset, ability to perform well from home
• Residence near Oakland, Castro Valley, or Berkeley preferred; willingness to travel 2–3 overnight
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
