📋 Description

• Manage a designated geographic area to secure new and repeat business with key customers and
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to support initiatives and drive sales.
• Maintain relationships with customers through regular calls and in-person interactions.
• Work with RVP/RD to develop and execute sales strategies and target key customers.
• Communicate effectively with internal HQ departments and sales channels to streamline processes.
• Participate in local, state and national conferences to promote Lakeshore’s brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience; entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at all levels.
• Proven work ethic, team player mentality; ability to work effectively from home when needed.
• Residence in Oakland/Castro Valley/Berkeley area or broader East Bay with travel within territory
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Platforms; strong written/verbal communication
