• Prepares annual Point of Sales plan and is accountable for achievement of the established
• Defines quantitative and qualitative objectives by brand, supervises and execute monthly control of
• Authorize POS budgets, supervise and track on monthly basis.
• Together with Shopper Marketing Team define incentive criteria for direct reports and supervision

🎯 Requirements

• FMCG experience
• Regional Manager with more than 5 years of experience managing distributors
• Familiar with Distributors based in Klang Valley/Central Area
• Good knowledge of MS Office
