📋 Description

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue in Food Safety Diagnostics and Animal
• Manage and grow a portfolio of distributors, ensuring optimal performance, market coverage, and
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners where needed.
• Travel regularly within the territory to meet distributors, conduct product training, and develop
• Visit end-users with distributors to provide technical and commercial support and strengthen
• Conduct market analysis and prepare sales forecasts, reports, and distributor performance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 3 years experience in regional sales, preferably in food diagnostics or life sciences.
• Experience in Pathogen, Mycotoxins, Allergens, or GMO testing.
• Proven experience managing distributor networks across multiple countries in Asia.
• Dynamic, proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
