Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare

📋 Description

• Manage and grow a region by identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and
• Develop and execute regional sales plans in partnership with sales leadership, using market
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare administrators, organizational leaders, and clinical
• Collaborate closely with inside sales, marketing, and Professional Services Group to align
• Stay current on trends in autism services, ABA reimbursement, and pediatric healthcare funding.
• Represent Lakeshore at regional and national healthcare conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of field sales experience with track record of meeting or exceeding quota in healthcare
• Comfort engaging stakeholders from frontline clinicians to C-suite administrators.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM platform (Salesforce experience plus).
• Reside in Chicago area with ability to travel 75%+.
• Familiarity with ABA therapy, pediatric healthcare, or early childhood development (preferred).
