  • 4+ years quota-carrying enterprise security sales (SIEM/Observability) to IT buyers
  • Experience with an early-stage startup (<1000 employees) or strong entrepreneurial skills
  • Proven track record of 5+ new logos per year and a complex sales process
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion
  • Able to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions
  • MEDDIC background
