Regional Sales Manager, Manhattan/Westchester

📋 Description

• Securing new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers in designated territory.
• Partnering with internal sales resources to support needs and grow business.
• Consistently calling on and maintaining relationships with customers in the territory.
• Collaborating with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Targeting key customers and uncovering customer needs.
• Communicating clearly with internal HQ teams to streamline communication and sales.
• Participating in local, state, and national conferences to promote Lakeshore.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Solid presentation skills; speak to customer needs at all levels
• Strong work ethic, team player; able to work effectively from home
• Reside in Bergen County, NJ; Manhattan/Queens/Westchester/Rockland NY; travel ~25% with overnights
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
