📋 Description

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and growth.
• Consistently call on and maintain relationships with customers in territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Target key customers and assess their needs.
• Communicate clearly with internal HQ teams to streamline sales.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Solid presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at all levels
• Strong work ethic, team player; ability to work from home
• Residence in Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus; travel 2–3 overnights/week
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
