Regional Sales Manager, Ohio

📋 Description

• Build and grow new and existing school district relationships.
• Partner with internal sales to meet customer needs.
• Call on customers and maintain relationships in the territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to drive sales strategies.
• Target key customers and uncover needs.
• Attend local, state, and national conferences to promote Lakeshore.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Solid presentation skills and ability to address customer needs
• Strong work ethic, team player mentality; able to work from home
• Reside in Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus; travel 2–3 overnights/week
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
