Regional Sales Manager, Ohio

📋 Description

• Secure new and repeat business across designated territory.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and drive revenue.
• Maintain relationships with customers within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with your RVP/RD to drive sales strategies.
• Travel within the territory as needed; 2–3 overnight stays per week on average.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience; entrepreneurial know-how.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills; ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Strong work ethic, team player mentality; ability to perform outstanding work from home.
• Ideally reside in Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus; travel within territory (2–3 overnights/week).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Platforms.
