• Lead and develop your regional sales team: coach and develop team members, foster an environment of
• Conduct regular field coaching and performance reviews to develop individual strengths and
• Translate sales and marketing strategy into concrete regional priorities and measures
• Take responsibility for regional sales performance, manage revenue, market share, and relevant KPIs
• Identify market and customer potentials early and develop concrete growth initiatives
• Strategically expand existing customer relationships and develop new business potentials

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of field sales experience, ideally in medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical industry, or
• Sales management experience with ability to inspire, coach, and achieve results with people
• Qualification as certified pharmaceutical representative or comparable qualification
• Passion for aesthetics and good sense for customers, market potentials, and new business
• Proficiency in working with sales KPIs and translating insights into actions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
