📋 Description

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy that aligns with APCON growth goals
  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise and channel business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and technical decision makers
  • Work with Sales Engineering to deliver effective demonstrations and solution designs
  • Represent APCON at regional events, conferences, and trade shows

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in CS, Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years outside sales experience selling technical hardware/software to enterprises
  • Experience selling into data centers preferred
  • Strong communication; explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, able to work independently
