🎯 Requirements

• Professional Background: 5+ years leading a security team in guard services or ex-commissioned supervisor.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Certification: CPP, PSP, or CPO.
• Integrity: Clean criminal record and ability to pass a background check.
• Language: You speak the local dialects of the major tribes in your assigned region.
• Culture: You understand local culture and connect with the community.
• Experience with automated security systems: CCTV, burglary alarm systems, and similar automated security tech.
