🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading a security team in guard services or ex-military.
• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Security certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CPO.
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass background checks.
• Local language skills and culture awareness in the region.
• Experience with CCTV, burglar alarms, and access control systems.
