📋 Description

• Lead regional security policies to protect people, offices, and assets.
• Conduct regular security assessments and design risk-reduction strategies.
• Supervise and mentor guards and armed personnel on the front line.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services.
• Lead response to security breaches and produce actionable reports.
• Design and deliver security training to staff.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading a security team in guard services or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Security certification such as CPP, PSP, or CPO.
• Clean criminal record and pass a background check.
• Ability to speak local dialects of major regional tribes.
• Experience with CCTV and automated security systems.
