Regional Security Manager, APAC

📋 Description

• Own the APAC physical security operating plan, regional risk register, site security standards, and
• Lead site assessments, vulnerability reviews, security hardening projects, new office openings
• Serve as the regional escalation point and Incident Commander for significant security events
• Govern regional access control, badging, visitor management, secure area access, and audit
• Develop and maintain regional policies, SOPs, playbooks, drills, tabletop exercises, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in physical security, risk, or resilience operations within a multinational organization
• Proven experience serving as Incident Commander during complex, cross-functional, or
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing access control, CCTV, alarm, visitor management, and
• Direct experience conducting risk and vulnerability assessments and converting findings into
• Track record managing security vendors through SLAs, KPIs, QBRs, performance improvement plans, and
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
