📋 Description

• Identify high-performing clinical research sites and organizations aligned with therapeutic-area
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term business-to-business partnerships with research sites and
• Serve as an enterprise point of contact for strategic site partners, providing tailored engagement
• Collaborate with internal clinical development, country operations, and cross-functional teams to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's, master's, or equivalent degree in a medical, scientific, technical, or
• 12+ years of broad experience in drug development, clinical trial conduct, and/or global clinical
• Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, GCP, and clinical trial operational standards
• Therapeutic-area expertise to engage credibly with healthcare professionals and clinical research
• Demonstrated success developing executive-level relationships and influencing C-suite stakeholders
• Proven experience managing complex business-to-business relationships with healthcare systems or
