📋 Description

• Identify high-performing clinical research sites and site organizations based on therapeutic-area
• Build, develop, and nurture long-term business-to-business partnerships with research sites and
• Serve as enterprise point of contact for strategic site partners, developing customized engagement
• Provide operational guidance focused on transparency, tailored support, senior leadership access
• Work with strategic partnership leadership and cross-functional teams to implement regional site
• Develop partnerships combining strengths, resources, and capabilities to accelerate clinical

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a medical, scientific, technical, or healthcare-related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in drug development, clinical trial conduct, global clinical trial
• Progressive experience in senior leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, GCP, and clinical trial operations
• Therapeutic-area expertise to engage with healthcare professionals
• Demonstrated success building executive-level relationships and influencing C-suite decision-makers

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $214,900–$358,100 USD
