• Design and improve Talent Management processes and tools

• Support leadership development and onboarding learning

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business, Org Development or Psychology
• 4+ years HR with L&D, Talent or Performance Management exposure
• Experience designing/coordinating HR processes or development initiatives
• Knowledge of L&D and Talent Management practices
• Strong analytical, project discipline and stakeholder coordination skills
• MS Office mastery; HR systems or LMS experience
