🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of pharmacy technician experience required (specialty pharmacy, Prior Authorization
• Nationally certified as a CPhT (PTCB or ExCPT), must have or be willing to obtain state
• Experience in one or more disease states: transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease (including
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with solid computer skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and phone skills
• Comfortable proactively engaging patients over the phone and reaching out to clinicians, payors
