Regional Technical Training Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute organization-wide technical training strategy across applicable US operations
• Partner with quality, project, field, engineering, and leadership to identify training gaps
• Lead cross-functional training programs to promote standards, compliance, and operational excellence
• Manage training initiatives across multiple geographic locations with consistent delivery
• Provide regulatory and technical training expertise per industry guidelines
• Support regional field leadership in career path awareness and progression

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, Business preferred
• 5+ years of training management leadership experience or equivalent
• 5–10 years of leadership in low-voltage, cabling, data center construction
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
• Strong knowledge of BICSI, ANSI/TIA, electrical/communications practices
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and workforce development principles
