Regional Threat Assessment Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end threat case management for region (intake to closure).
• Lead behavioral threat assessments using JACA, WAVR-21, CTAP-25.
• Lead intelligence-led incident response; coordinate with GSOC.
• Partner with EP, GSOC, Legal, HR, Insider Threat, and Communications.
• Produce decision-ready briefings and executive updates on threat posture.
• Strengthen regional program maturity via improved intake standards, QA/QC, and training.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in threat assessment or related security roles.
• Senior SME owning high-consequence casework with limited oversight.
• Proven ability to conduct threat investigations and translate to risk mitigation plans.
• Proficiency with case management and intelligence tools (Ontic, OSINT).
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement and investigative referrals.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
