Regional Threat Assessment Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end threat case management for your region.
• Lead behavioral threat assessments using JACA, WAVR-21, CTAP-25.
• Drive intelligence-led incident response as the intelligence lead.
• Coordinate with GSOC, Exec Protection, Legal, HR/ER, Insider Threat.
• Produce decision-ready briefings and executive updates on threat posture.
• Improve intake standards, QA/QC, playbooks, metrics, and training.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in threat assessment, protective intelligence, or related security.
• Senior individual contributor; regional SME owning high-consequence cases.
• Proven ability to conduct threat investigations and produce clear risk assessments.
• Proficiency with case management and intelligence tools (Ontic, OSINT).
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement and workplace violence reporting.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.
