Regional Vice President, Contracting

📋 Description

• Lead provider contract negotiations across the region (physicians, hospitals, post-acute, delegated services).
• Develop and execute long-term contracting strategies for regional growth.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management from strategy to optimization.
• Build relationships with providers, internal leaders, and stakeholders.
• Monitor financial/operational performance; identify efficiency and value opportunities.
• Lead and develop senior contracting teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in healthcare.
• Proven success in end-to-end provider contract negotiations.
• Experience developing/executing multi-product strategies at regional level.
• Strong understanding of health plan finance and provider reimbursement.
• Knowledge of risk-based contracting models and ability to influence decisions.
