Regional Vice President

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and inspire District Managers, Resident District Managers, and their teams to deliver
• Build strong relationships with clients at local, district, and state levels while driving key
• Participate in the nationwide leadership team, sharing best practices, mitigating risks, supporting
• Make and communicate key regional decisions by evaluating risks, rewards, and short- and long-term
• Establish a strong regional culture focused on transparency, education, safety, accountability
• Serve as a senior client representative and escalation point, maintaining relationships with key

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or 8 years of progressive
• Significant multi-unit and multi-client leadership experience, preferably within a higher education
• Previous Vice President-level experience is preferred.
• Strong senior leadership background with demonstrated experience in contract management, budgeting
• Proven ability to grow a business, lead large cross-functional teams, and apply strong business and
• Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond quickly and
