🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a supervisory role; 2+ years as Regional/District Manager.
  • Proven property management experience; manufactured housing or multifamily assets valued.
  • Financial acumen in driving revenue and managing P&Ls and budgets.
  • Comfort leading through data and enforcing clear standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; inspire teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel regularly; valid driver's license.
