  • Launch and scale Cognition0 ANZ operations as our first senior hire
  • Own country-level P&L, hiring, sales execution, and ops performance
  • Build and lead a local team across sales, customer success, engineering, and ops

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership in ANZ, ideally at fast-growing software or AI firms
  • Proven experience launching and scaling operations in new markets selling software
  • Deep relationships and understanding of ANZ's enterprise and government sectors
  • Strong enterprise sales, partnerships and GTM with a track record of closing complex deals
  • A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
