  • 10+ years in the employer benefits ecosystem with broker/consultant relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence revenue growth via consultant/broker relationships.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; able to articulate strategy to stakeholders.
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with consultant leaders, partners, and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience navigating large employer organizations and complex benefits decisions.
  • BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
